Please read these Terms carefully before using . By accessing the website, campaigns, or tools, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1 Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the website, campaigns, referral links, tools, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any campaign-specific rules shown on the offer page. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

2 Service Description

operates as a performance marketing and rewards platform. We list promotional campaigns (“Offers”) from advertisers or partners. Users may complete actions (such as registrations, app installs, KYC, transactions, or other events) and, upon valid tracking and advertiser approval, receive a reward or cashback as displayed on the offer card.

We do not sell financial products or guarantee earnings. All rewards are strictly conditional on advertiser-side approval and compliance with campaign terms.

3 Eligibility & User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date details (mobile number, UPI ID, email, etc.).
  • You agree to use only one account, one primary device and genuine details for each offer.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and activities.
  • You must not use the platform for any illegal, misleading, or abusive purpose.

4 Campaigns, Tracking & Validation

For each offer, we rely on advertiser-side and/or tracking-partner data to decide whether a user’s action is valid and payable. A lead, registration, or action may be marked as:

  • Pending: action received but not yet approved by advertiser.
  • Approved: action accepted and eligible for payout.
  • Rejected / Invalid: action declined due to duplicate, fraud, incorrect details or other reasons.

does not control advertiser’s final validation decision. If an advertiser cancels or reverses a lead, we may not be able to credit or may need to reverse any provisional reward.

5 Cashback, Rewards & Payouts

  • Rewards are payable only after successful tracking and advertiser approval.
  • Display of an amount on the offer card is indicative and may vary as per final validation.
  • Payout timelines, minimum withdrawal thresholds and modes (UPI, wallet, bank, etc.) are visible in your account / help section and may change over time.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, UPI apps, payment gateways, or technical outages outside our control.
  • If a payout is mistakenly credited due to a system error, we reserve the right to reverse or adjust it in your subsequent payments.

6 Referral & “Refer and Earn” Program

If enabled, may provide referral links or codes that allow you to earn a commission when invited users successfully complete offers.

  • Referral earnings are over and above your own offer rewards, subject to validation.
  • Self-referrals, fake signups, incentivised fraud or scripted referrals are strictly prohibited.
  • We may adjust, hold or cancel referral earnings in case of abnormal or suspicious patterns.

7 Prohibited & Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are not allowed and may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of pending rewards:

  • Multiple accounts by the same person or using fake/borrowed identities.
  • Using bots, scripts, emulators, unauthorized automation or app cloning tools.
  • VPN / proxy misuse when the campaign specifically restricts it.
  • Incentivised or misleading traffic in violation of advertiser guidelines.
  • Abuse of offers, loopholes, coupons or bugs for unfair advantage.

8 Data Usage & Privacy

We collect limited information such as your UPI ID, mobile number, IP address and device details only to operate the platform, prevent fraud and credit rewards. Detailed practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using you consent to such processing and sharing with advertisers, tracking partners and payment processors strictly for campaign and payout purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, lost data, or advertiser-side issues.

Our total aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount of confirmed and unpaid rewards visible in your account at the time of dispute.

10 Suspension, Termination & Offer Changes

  • We may pause, modify or permanently remove any campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • We may temporarily hold or review your account if suspicious or high-risk activity is detected.
  • We may block, suspend, or terminate access for repeated violations, fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.
  • Advertisers may close a campaign or reverse leads; in such cases, related rewards may also be impacted.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the operating entity of is registered.

12 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, regulatory guidance, or business changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
